We make every effort to display trailer dimensions, weights, capacities, and colors as accurately as possible. However, actual payload limits and structural features may vary based on chosen options or manufacturer updates. Weights and dimensions provided are approximate.

3. Pricing & Typographical Errors

Prices and availability are subject to change without prior notice. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical or system error, Serve On Wheels reserves the right to cancel or refuse any orders placed for that item prior to shipment.

4. Titling, Documentation, and Local Compliance

It is the customer’s responsibility to review local, state, and federal laws regarding trailer registration, highway weight regulations, licensing, and insurance. Manufacturer’s Statement of Origin (MSO) documents are released upon full payment settlement.

5. Limitation of Liability

Serve On Wheels is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from trailer usage, towing mishaps, improper weight distribution, or road incidents.
