    At Serve On Wheels, we aim to deliver your trailer or equipment in a timely, safe, and transparent manner.

    1. Order Processing & Handling Time

    • Standard Stock Inventory: Orders placed Monday through Friday are processed within 1 to 3 business days.

    • Custom Builds & Modifications: Processing time for custom orders varies and will be confirmed during quote approval (typically 7 to 14 business days).

    • Order cut-off time: 2:00 PM EST for processing starts on the same business day.

    2. Transit Times & Delivery Options

    We offer freight shipping across the contiguous United States, as well as local pickup options:

    • Standard Freight Delivery: Estimated transit time is 3 to 7 business days following processing.

    • Regional Distribution Hub Pickup: Free pickup available at designated facilities within 1 to 2 business days after order confirmation.

    3. Shipping Rates & Flat Costs

    • Standard Parts & Small Equipment: Flat-rate shipping starting at $15.00 or calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

    • Trailer Freight Shipping: Freight delivery rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on zip code and trailer weight/size. Flat nationwide freight tiers apply for standard stock models (e.g., Flat Rate Trailer Freight: $350.00 – $750.00 depending on zone).

    4. Freight Delivery Conditions & Inspection

    • Jobsite / Commercial Delivery: Freight deliveries are performed via heavy haulers. The delivery location must be accessible by standard commercial semi-trucks or freight haulers.

    • Delivery Inspection: Upon receiving your trailer or shipment, you must inspect the vehicle/package prior to signing the bill of lading (BOL). Note any visible damage directly on the carrier’s driver documentation and notify us within 24 hours.

    5. Order Tracking

    Once your shipment leaves our facility or distribution hub, you will receive a confirmation email containing freight tracking numbers and carrier contact information.
