At Serve On Wheels, we offer secure, transparent, and streamlined payment processing for all orders.

1. Accepted Payment Methods

We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and secure electronic payment options:

• Bank Wire Transfers / ACH (Required for large commercial custom fleet orders over $5,000)

• Zelle Transfer

2. Currency & Tax Charges

• All prices listed on Serve On Wheels are displayed in USD ($ United States Dollars).

• Applicable sales taxes are calculated at checkout based on state and local tax regulations for your delivery or billing address.

3. Payment Processing & Billing Timing

• Your payment method will be charged in full at the time of order placement.

• Orders will not enter manufacturing, processing, or freight shipment until payment authorization is successfully completed.

4. Payment Security & Encryption

Our checkout system is fully PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant and uses 256-bit SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption technology. We do not store, view, or retain raw credit card numbers on our servers.
